What We Offer
LAWN MAINTENANCE
Need weekly or bi monthly mowing? We will take care of it. We cater to the needs and requirements of each and every client. Service includes string trimming, mowing and blowing hard services of clippings and debris. We offer shrub trimming and weeding of mulch/flower beds at an additional cost.
SNOW PLOWING / ICE MANAGEMENT
Our crew has decades of combined experience in snow and ice management. From residential to large commercial properties, we do it all. We offer plowing, salting, sand/salt, shoveling and snow removal.
FALL AND SPRING CLEAN UPS
We offer leaf and debris clean ups, brush removal, light tree work, weeding, shrub trimming.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q- How do I request an estimate? Go to the contact us section. We will need your name, email, phone and address as well as what service you request.
Q- Do I need to be home for my estimate?
No. As long as we can access your back yard and your pets are secured.
Q- Can I get a quote over the phone?
No. We need to see your property in order to give a fair and accurate estimate.
Q- What’s included in your mowing services?
Our mowing services include lawn mowing, string trimming around all areas where the mower cannot reach and blowing all clippings off hard surfaces. Shrubs, plant/ flower beds, brick patio or walkways and weeding are invoiced as aditional services.
Q- Do I need to be home for services?
No. as long as access to the back yard is available.
Q- Can you still service my back yard if my dog is in the back yard and it does not bite or it is chained up.?
We cannot service the back yard if your pets are not secured in the house due to safety of all personnel and you’re pet.
Q- Should I water my lawn prior to a lawn mowing service visit?
For best results, please do not water your lawn the night before or the morning of scheduled service.
Q- I currently own property in Sanford or surrounding area, but do not live there. How do I know that you’re servicing my property?
We can send a monthly photo of your property to your email address at no additional cost. Out of state services are paid in advance.
Important information
Kids toys, trampolines, dog waste removal are the responsibility of the home owner

I called Neighbors Property Care in late November to see if they could provide snow plowing and shoveling services through the winter. Rick was kind enough to accommodate even with an already full roster.
My driveway and sidewalks were cleared promptly with each snow and for the bigger storms they would clear multiple times throughout each storm. Normally my driveway turns into a skating rink after the first snowfall but this year we never had an ice problem at all. I really appreciate that I was able to text before or during each storm if I wanted to make a change to the usual services.
Neighbors Property Care are very professional and friendly. The prices for plowing, shoveling and salting are reasonable and well worth it. This was the easiest winter of the 20 I’ve spent in Maine! I would highly recommend to any of my friends.
